MAX and ENDURANCE Bass Rod Warranty Information
Every new Powell Max and Endurance Casting and Spinning Rod is covered by our Limited Original Owner Lifetime Warranty. This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Powell reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Powell Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.
The Limited Original Owner Lifetime Warranty applies to specific Casting and Spinning Rod Models and for the original owner only. Powell reserves the right to repair or to replace MAX and Endurance Rods for a warranty fee of $69.00, and Powell reserves the right to make that determination. If the rod breaks because of a defect in workmanship or materials, then Powell will replace or repair the rod for no charge. To be clear, generally defects due to workmanship and materials occur within the first few times of use.
To have your claim processed seamlessly without having to wait for us to contact you for payment information. You are better off to go ahead and send your damaged rod into us with either a check for $69.00 made out to Powell, or you may provide us with either your Visa or MasterCard along with the cards Exp-Date and 3 digit security code on the back.
PLEASE NOTE: When a warranty rod is deemed a manufactures defect and a “No Charge” decision is granted we will still require a $20.00 return shipping fee from all customers for the new replacement rod to be shipped to you.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
